At Carella Beauty Training, our story has always been about people first – students, clients, families, and communities. Since opening our doors in 2016, we’ve built far more than a training college; we’ve created a home for growth, empowerment, and confidence.
Founded by Deborah Ryan, with over 25 years in the industry as a therapist, educator, and mentor, Carella was born from a passion to raise standards in beauty education and to create real career opportunities for others. What started as a small training centre has grown into one of Ireland’s most trusted and respected colleges, proudly accredited by ITEC and AIT, and producing award-winning graduates who now shine as therapists, salon owners, and educators in their own right.
Our journey hasn’t always been easy – but it has always been heartfelt. Carella is a family business at its core. We’ve overcome challenges, adapted to industry changes, and always kept our focus on what matters most: giving every learner the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed.
