Every client is treated as an individual. Treatments are never selected simply because a client requests them. Each appointment begins with a thorough consultation, allowing me to understand the client’s concerns, expectations, medical history and individual suitability before recommending the most appropriate treatment plan. Client safety is always my priority. I believe that responsible aesthetics is about knowing when to treat — but, just as importantly, knowing when not to. I will always be honest and transparent with my clients, and I am more than happy to say “no” if I believe a treatment is unsuitable, unnecessary or not in their best interests. My aim is to create more than just a treatment experience. I want every client to leave feeling heard, reassured and confident in the decisions we have made together.
