Tito Toronto Artisan Bakery is a microbakery that specializes in local Canadian grains. We source our grains organically straight from farmers- when possible. We mill about 70-80% of the grains in house to maximize the freshest and nutritional value of the grains. Our main business stream is farmers' market where we bring all of our baked products- from croissants, sourdough, cakes, cookies, etc. We love connecting to local farmers and use our baked goods as a vehicle to highlight the seasonality. Lastly, we host baking classes in our bakery where we teach students about local grains.
