Le Baron is a small restaurant seating around 20 people, situated underground in what was once the old cheese-maturing cellar of the Charmey region, restored in a light mountain chalet style. Le Baron offers its guests two tasting menus: the first changes with the seasons, roughly every five weeks, whilst the second is an all-cheese menu – and is therefore vegetarian – featuring cheeses from our region as its main ingredient.
