Le Baron restaurant is housed in a former cheese-maturing cellar. Here, we have decided to open a restaurant that can offer gourmet cuisine by working hand in hand with local producers, most of whom are organic, creating dishes that blend Swiss regional flavours, Italian influences and local cheese traditions. We offer two tasting menus: one that changes according to the products and the seasons, and the other entirely centred on cheese, presented in a different style.
